With our platform, we help companies such as Vans, Diesel, Proximus and Decathlon to easily develop their own learning application and transfer knowledge in a fun and effective way to their frontline/non-desk employees. Requirements Due to the high demand for our mobile microlearning and communication platform, we are looking for a sales executive – team leader in the region of Madrid (Spain). In this role, you will have a huge impact on the growth and success of the business in your assigned regions, by developing plenty of new customers across verticals. In this position you will report directly to our Business Development Director. You will start with a thorough sales training and you are supported by a team of product, marketing and customer success specialists. 

Main responsibilities • Develop medium-sized and enterprise accounts across verticals in the assigned regions• Manage and coach a team of other sales executives• Responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospects, qualifying, and converting a prospect into a paying customer• Collaborate with product specialists for technical support, marketing specialists for lead generation, and customer success team for managing the customers• Develop and manage sales pipeline, with weekly forecast updates• Qualify the leads based on the business information obtained• Close deals, negotiate contracts and build rapport with prospects/customers• Provide accurate tracking and reporting in Hubspot CRM of historical data, planned actions, and expected revenue• Meet or exceed monthly quota 

About you • You are based in Madrid and your native language (or equivalent) is one of the following: English, Swedish, Danish, French or German • If English is not your mother tongue, you have excellent English language skills• You already have a first successful experience in B2B SaaS• You already have experience in selling to HR and/or L&D teams in bigger companies but are also familiar with selling to key decision makers in the mid-market segment• You have a first experience managing and/or coaching sales teams• You are characterized by an enormous drive and great intrinsic motivation• You are able to work independently, are open to improvement and ask for help where necessary• You have a good business sense, which means you are able to put together a customer proposition based on the information obtained, tailored to the company• You are able to have a conversation with a manager of a medium-sized or enterprise company• You are a strong communicator, can listen well, you are certainly not arrogant• You find working with and achieving targets challenging• You are familiar with the safe handling of data and personal data
