The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Success Manager who embodies our values of team spirit, growth, and continuous improvement. This is a critical role where you’ll drive client success, satisfaction, and expansion, ensuring that they achieve their goals with MobieTrain as their performance enablement tool.

In this role, you’ll be the face of MobieTrain to your clients, advocating for their needs and collaborating closely with our sales teams, product teams, content creators, learning services, and customer support to deliver exceptional experiences.

You’ll help clients grow their engagement with the platform, drive success, and ensure they continually evolve their use of MobieTrain to maximize its impact. You’ll help them leverage MobieTrain not only as a learning tool but as a key communication and performance enabler.

What You'll Do

  • Advocate for Clients: Be the voice of your clients within MobieTrain, ensuring their needs and feedback are heard and met. You’ll align resources within MobieTrain to support their vision and help them achieve their goals.

  • Educate and Empower: Work with the learning services team to ensure clients understand how MobieTrain works and how they can leverage the platform to meet their business objectives. You’ll empower clients to maximize MobieTrain’s impact through hands-on support and strategic guidance.

  • Enable Success: Collaborate with clients to set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate the value MobieTrain brings to their organization. You’ll use data to inform decisions, continuously improving engagement and performance.

  • Evaluate & Optimize: Analyze client usage data to understand how employees engage with the platform. Provide actionable insights to help clients optimize their use of MobieTrain. You'll constantly look for ways to improve their strategies and outcomes.

  • Evolve the Partnership: Help clients grow their use of MobieTrain by identifying new opportunities for features, content, or use cases. Whether it’s introducing new functionalities or creating tailored solutions, you’ll support clients in expanding their success and driving continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales teams to ensure a seamless handover of new clients, providing insights into client needs and opportunities for expansion. Partner with sales to identify growth areas and help onboard new clients effectively.
