MobieTrain is looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to lead the charge in driving qualified demand through digital channels and campaigns.

 

You’ll co-own and create the digital growth strategy together with our Marketing Manager and Chief Commercial Officer, and be fully responsible for executing it end-to-end. Working across teams, you’ll help scale our pipeline, optimise digital performance, and build a smart, data-driven growth engine—including our account-based marketing (ABM) programme.

 

This is a key role that blends strategic input with tactical execution, ideal for someone ready to step up and make a measurable impact in a fast-moving SaaS scale-up.

Job requirements

🎯 What You’ll Do

·      Co-create and execute MobieTrain’s digital growth strategy

·      Plan, run and optimise multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, retargeting, and beyond

·      Drive high-quality lead generation and support full-funnel growth in close collaboration with Sales

·      Lead and implement our account-based marketing (ABM) approach

·      Set up a clear lead scoring model and routing process with Sales and RevOps

·      Launch, test and scale new paid growth initiatives—fast

·      Use AI tools and automation to boost efficiency and output

·      Improve and manage SEO, PPC, performance marketing, and inbound lead flow

·      Work closely with content, brand and product marketing to ensure alignment and consistency

·      Track, report, and optimise campaign performance based on real-time data

·       

✅ What We’re Looking For

·      3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on digital growth or performance

·      Proven hands-on expertise in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn)

·      Experience with ABM and collaborating with sales teams to drive pipeline

·      Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar), marketing automation, lead scoring and CRM alignment

·      Strong in copywriting, creative content, and visual storytelling

·      Familiar with Canva, video tools, analytics dashboards, and AI-based marketing platforms

·      Analytical, results-driven, and growth-minded—you test, learn, and iterate fast

·      Fluent in English; Dutch or Italian is a strong plus

·      Based in Amsterdam
