MobieTrain is looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and turn ideas into action.

In this role, you won’t just define our digital growth strategy—you’ll own it from end to end. From planning to performance, from writing copy to launching campaigns, you'll be at the heart of our demand generation engine.

Reporting to our Marketing Manager and Chief Commercial Officer, you'll work closely with Sales and Product teams to attract, engage, and convert the right audience—especially through targeted campaigns and our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programme.

We're not looking for a strategist who only points the way. We're looking for a doer: someone who loves testing, building, measuring, and optimising every piece of the funnel. Someone who’s as comfortable writing a high-converting landing page as they are diving into campaign analytics or collaborating on a customer story.

Job requirements

✅ What We’re Looking For

·      3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on digital growth or performance

·      Proven hands-on expertise in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn)

·      Experience with ABM and collaborating with sales teams to drive pipeline

·      Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar), marketing automation, lead scoring and CRM alignment

·      Strong in copywriting, creative content, and visual storytelling

·      Proficiency with Canva, video tools, analytics dashboards, and AI-based marketing platforms

·      Analytical, results-driven, and growth-minded—you test, learn, and iterate fast

·      Fluent in Dutch (advanced) and English

·      Based in Amsterdam

🎯 What You’ll Do

·      Co-create and execute MobieTrain’s digital growth strategy

·      Plan, write, design, and launch multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, retargeting, email, and more)

·  Create, test, and optimise landing pages and campaign assets to boost conversion

·      Drive high-quality lead generation and support full-funnel growth in close collaboration with Sales

·      Support and implement our account-based marketing (ABM) approach

·      Set up a clear lead scoring model and routing process with Sales and RevOps

·      Launch, test and scale new paid growth initiatives—fast

·      Use AI tools and automation to boost efficiency and output

·      Improve and manage SEO, PPC, performance marketing, and inbound lead flow

·      Write copy, create visuals and content (with templates or tools like Canva/Figma) to scale our digital presence

·      Track, report, and optimise campaign performance based on real-time data
