You will not be doing this alone. You will work directly with the Marketing Manager, collaborate with sales, customer success and other teams, and have a direct line to leadership. Curious and hungry. You ask why before you ask how. You spot what is broken, what is missing and what could be ten times better with the right approach.
Analytical mindset with a doer attitude. You like to think things through, bring structure to chaos, and then actually build the solution end to end. You do not just diagnose. You fix.
Commercially minded. You understand the sales cycle and you build systems that actually move deals forward.
Clear communicator. Whether in a sequence, a deck or a Slack message to the CEO, you make yourself understood.
Previous experience in B2B SaaS. You know how growth works in this space. Bonus points if you have built something and can show it.
