We're growing fast in Europe and need a Sales Manager to boost our team in Milan, Italy 🚀 You'll help us grow in Italy's Retail and Hospitality industries, making a big impact and finding new customers. We’ll get you started with great sales training, and you’ll have a team to support you every step of the way 🛠️


You'll work with Francesca Dellisanti, our awesome Country Director for Italy. She started our journey in Italy and knows everything about winning new clients in Retail and Hospitality. Francesca is all about teamwork and reaching goals together. She’s there to help, not just to be the boss 🤝

Job requirements

We’re seeking someone great at finding new business, especially with B2B SaaS (software as a service) sales in Italy. You’ll be the key to making us even bigger, turning potential clients into loyal ones 🎯


What You’ll Do:

  • Find new leads and make them interested in what we offer 📈
  • Work closely with our marketing team to get more leads and participate in events 🤝
  • Keep track of your sales and plan 🔍
  • Beat your sales goals and be proud of it 💪

About You:

  • You live near or in Milan.
  • You’re experienced in B2B SaaS sales with a trophy cabinet of targets hit.
  • Experienced in selling to HR/L&D in big firms and mid-market decision-makers.
  • You’ve got 3 to 6 years of experience, ideally with HR or Retail tech.
  • You speak Italian fluently as your native language and are excellent at speaking English.
  • You can use sales tools like HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • You’re a team player and always ready to help.
  • You’re driven and love reaching your sales goals 🚀
  • Basic knowledge of data legislation for responsible data handling 📚🔒
